On Track Youth Coach.

We are looking for an experienced professional to support young people 16 – 24 years old as part of On Track. You will need experience of working directly with young people from migrant backgrounds, have a relevant qualification or experience and an understanding of the issues facing young people struggling to access education, employment and training.  You will provide one to one coaching support to young people from migrant background in and around Great Yarmouth and Norwich helping them remove barriers and to reach their goals around

getting into education, training or employment. Other elements of the role include; partnership work, outreach, networking, promoting sustainability and diversity within the project and raising the profile of the OnTrack service across Norfolk.
