Migration Exchange commissioned a review of emergency funding to the refugee and migration sector during COVID-19, focusing on the early phase of the pandemic from March – November 2020.
The objective of this rapid review is to explore the scale and type of independent and statutory funding, purpose and process of the funds, grant distribution across the UK, the size and focus of recipients, intersectionality of issues, gaps in data and knowledge, and legacy and learning from this period. GYROS was pleased to feed into this important research project.
